recurring and rebill
I'm always confused by which is recurring and which is rebill in the ccbill stats. So to get this right once and for all -
trial to sale = ? monthly rebilling = ? |

recur=customer who buys recurring membership at full price (not trial)
rebill=when they actually get rebilled 30 days later. |

What about trials converting to membership after 3 days - what is that called?
