Moneybookers error: Your account is locked for outgoing transfers

I went to go buy some more traffic from Carl @ sexzity and get this notice. Moneybookers has been taking my signups but now they won't let me send money ? I have a ~$400 balance and want to send Carl $40. wtf ??? I emailed them but today is Boxing Day in the UK and they will probably take the whole week off until next year before answering my email. Fuckers. Anyone else ever see this ? |
