The PS2 is awesome, there's no doubt about that, but I am an Xbox guy. The graphics and the sound are superior. The Xbox has more power under it's hood. The PS2 does have dolby surround sound, but it's only in the intro scenes, not in the actual game play, like the Xbox does.

The only major advantage the PS2 had over the Xbox, in the past, was that they had a ton more games for it, but since there has been a boom of kick-ass games developed for the Xbox that has negated that advantage.

Definitely xbox. I have both and the PS2 just collects dust. Ghost Recon 2 is where it's at right now.

I'm the exact opposite a la san andreas. I think XBOX is for hardcore video game lovers and ps2 is more so for the guys who just have a system to fuck around with it whenever.
