Having been doing a lot of work in programming, any time I'm busy, Fusebox is the guy I refer the business too... that says a lot, I really trust him and his work. I don't tell people to go to someone for work lightly because it would look bad on me if it fell apart.
For GeoIP... I don't even do it, so the referal goes immediately to Fusebox... he's been working VERY hard on learning and mastering everything to do with GeoIP and in my humble opinion as a programmer, he's the GO TO guy for the job.
