As far as "bad" eating habbits go, yes BAD. I think it is a BAD eating habbit to eat a bag of Doritos in one sitting. I think it is a BAD eating habbit to go through a 2 liter of soda a day. These are all things that the "average" American does and they are indeed BAD. If nothing else, the rising numbers of type 2 diabetics and heart disease patients confirms that it is a bad trend of eating. Anyone who truly cares about themselves would take better care of themselves then do any of the above mentioned things.

the thread topic puts it nicely.. being FAT isnt something that is GOOD, being healthy is.. and its funny how fat people bash skinny people when u are all in the same boat..
