Like running more then 1 tgp from 1 admin area?
Use www.gallerybooster.com you can run tons of TGPs from 1 admin area, easy to install and free, they take only 1% of your traffic |

If you just want to rotate freehosted and your own galleries then you can use TGPRotator. It can handle as many domains as you want as long as they are on the same server.
Not as powerful as the likes of Comus, but you get free and frequent updates and it is very stable. http://www.jmbsoft.com/software/tgpr/

Ghost Driver does that well. Auto rotate and stuff.
But there should really be some more all in one trade script/TGP management software on the market.
