moneymaker_ro, thats is not so simple as you think. First of all you should make a well developed site and after 2-3 years of succesful work maybe you can start offering something to parties as you said.

Make a site and try to get something from advertising. Banners etc. :)

Again I should repet that I do not asked 20k to sell the domain but I just said it can make 20k / month if u know how to use it .

There are many ways of making a succesful site . And as I said before I know few of them . One of them is to embed the main site functionality with different other features wich ppls like to do it when surf the internet ...like a place to read news , search for a job , bid in an auction , buy something online , search for a date , play some games etc . All those features can be added to the site and use it to attract ppls and convince them to use the main site functionality .
I have lots of ideeas how everything can be implemented ...but it desire some capital to invest in it . I do want to sell it because it is a biger bussiness than I can make at this stage .

New generations are very opened to new :P ..it was metaphora ..yet all ppls heared about internet and there is a growing feeling among the ppls that learning and using internet can change their waqy of life and help them get rid of ordinary day to day life hardness . From this point of view the fact that they have a harder life make them more receptive to any posible way of geting their life better .

Moneymaker you will never sell your idea here.
We will never see how it could be worth anything partly because Romania is a very different culture. So if you have something of value we can not see the value. Why not talk to some big Romanian webmasters or even try to convince a bank? Your idea is mainstream and not adult. If it really has value you should be able to convince a bank to invest.

You will be amazed to hear that indeed lots of guys from my country are reading or post on this forum , I have been contacted by a few of them allready . About the fact that this forum is dedicated to adult and that the ideea is not quite fit with the forum topics ...I think there are a lot of other threads on this forum way more out of topic than mine . My thread is linked with this forum because it is a posible way of making money in my opinion, because lots of ppls who activate on this forum are looking to make money , because I think that even if you have businesses in adult area then this does not represent a NO GO for other posible businesses in nonadult area , because lot of ppls who are on this forum are web businesses antrepeneurs so they could understand better how a business can be done on web than other not so close related to web investors , etc.
Anyway it is just an oppen discussion about my ideea and an offert for whom might be convinced in its posible success .
