Why is it so hard to go from 400k to 1mk uniques?

Seems there are quite a few tgps out there in the 200 - 450k range, yet so few that actually pull in 1million uniques per day.

What is it that makes that jump from say 300k to 700k so much more difficult than the jump from 50k to 200k?

Know what I'm sayin'?

50k to 200k = 150k increase

300k to 700k = 400k increase

It's a lot more work, because you will need a lot more bookmakers not just trades

Good question, Im sure there's no one single definitive answer. But Im sure trade burnout is also one factor. Ie., users get used to the trade script and site being traded to and they learn quick after enough times.

A network of sites is probably easier to achieve than a single huge site. The largest skimmed site I can think of is probably bunnyteens or amateurcurves, they're something like 600k. Those guys run other sites too.

Its gotta be easier to have(get) 5 200k sites, but they are no where near the moneymaker that a real 1mil tgp would be.......
