    Are you a turkey lover?

    Frankly I love turkey, and wait most of the year for Thanksgiving and Christmas to fill my face with the stuff.

    I usually cook at 20+ pounder so I have enough leftovers to carry me through into the New Year.

    What about you...

    (I also cook all the accompanying dishes too: two types of stuffing, home made cranberry sauce, at least two pints of gravy, chipolatas, carrots, turnips, peas, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes)

      Now you are talking baby!! Man i love turkey, i mean i LOVE turkey and always look so forward to the same 2 holidays you mentioned above.
      We do 20+ pouunders with all the typical fixins. I then make homemade soup from the left overs. I have to make so much because i have about 10 people on a standing list for bowls of soup once it's made.
      I can't wait for saturday!

          I love turkey - especially with cranberry sauce.
          My father came home with this giant turkey one year when I was younger.
          It was so big that he had to saw it in half to fit it in the oven.
          I don't endorse a god damn thing......

                  haha, thats a great story. My oven is BIG though so i could fit 4 turkeys in there. hmmm.......must try that
