Which one should i buy:

1. Model #1 with 25ms pixel response time and 264,144 colors

OR

2. Model #2 with 40ms pixel repsonse time and 16.7 million colors ?

Is there a big difference between 262k and 16.7 million colors? I know 16.7 million is better, but I like 25ms response time too. Its more suitable for video and games.

Both products are available at the same price.

The 16-bit color model is the better pic IMO. You will not see the difference anyways.
