All the ones I have seen so far sucked... Jabra was the best one though.
They all make me feel like I should be in Star Trek.

i got one yrs ago ordered it through china a sony complete crap low on battery impossible to handle
since then they changed lots plus 75 bucks or so will get you a nice one, ive heard http://www.jabra.com/JabraCMS theyre not bad at all

I tried a plantronics (sp?) last week, and it was all flopping around like a fish on my head. It wasn't pretty.
 I think that really screws me up, is that I wear glasses. I'm told that the Jabra 250 is the most comfortable set out there, it's also the most pricey on the market though.
