If you have ever read any of Jon Spolestra's books this question will ring a bell to you.

He is a great sports and general marketing guru. He revolutionized the way most teams generate sponsorships. He did some amazing things with Boneprone's Blazers and the New Jersey Nets.

He would always ask his people "what would it take to win the championship?" Now most of the time there was never a realistic answer that you could implement to achieve the goal that year but it made everyone think about what they really needed to get to achieve their department goals.

Now I will ask you people the same question.

What do you need to put together the best paysite affiliate program?

Let money be no object and your list be detailed and descriptive.
