Any idea what this piece of code means?

I've been getting the following link in emails sent to various domains I own which is formatted like:

http://www.mydomain.com/inbox/emailn...essionid-19771

Any idea what that is supposed to do?

Looks like the spammer is a moron and fucked up the link to his spam-tracking software. He probably used a relative path like href="/inbox/whatever" instead of href="http://www.spamland.com/inbox/whatever/"

Thanks. That totally makes sense. I bet that is it. Appreciate the insight.

Check the name of the attachment. It's just another "email every address I can find" virus. The URL is fake and will usually result in a 404, so then the user instead opens the attachment................
