More iBill BS....

"...We have been requested by our European bank to ensure that we keep our European sponsored merchants paid on a timely basis. Based on this request, we have decided to fund the past due EU funds that were due on 12/5 and ensure that we can pay the EU weekly and as much of the 12/19 semi-monthly clients.

In order to do this, we will need to delay the funding of the US semi-monthly that was due today on 12/15. I thoroughly understand that this is not how we want to be presenting ourselves to our clients and the market. Our board members are working diligently to get additional funding into the company and understand the need to have these funds here before the Holidays. At this point, I do not have a definite date on the US semi-monthly payout, but will provide daily updates to the management team.

We are continuing to negotiate with First Data on the release of our client reserves and hope to have positive news in the next two weeks."

This really SUCKS! Apparently, iBill isn't already behind enough with the U.S. webmasters........

I can't answer that one. I know that if I was a webmaster using iBill that I would have left after the first time I didn't get paid.

Stealing from Peter to pay Paul...

It was the only logical explaination I came up with, when the EU guys got paid, and we didn't, then when we "US" guys got paid, and EU didn't..

Looks like my suspicions were correct...

There's GOT to be a law against what they're doing...

If anyone is still processing with them, it would surprise me.. They only owe me for the back money, and rebills..

Despite all the sunshine Tony404 will try to blow up your ass, ( no offense Tony ) IBill is headed for the shitter....

Hmmmm - how long before somebody get's pissed off enough to walk into their office and start shooting. People get really KrZaY when you start fucking with their money

I'm glad they don't owe me any money - that's for sure. I would never shoot anybody but I can guarantee you that things would be getting very nasty about right now

Was this in an email? Where did you see this news?

Somewhat distressing that they are using EU funds to float the USA side. I thought Gkard was bringing in revenues by now.

If you can't disclose wher eyou got it, my guess would be, you've got a "mole" on the inside, and this is a draft of an upcoming "CMI Update" memo.

Atleast that's how it reads on my side on the monitor...

Puhleez! They won't even face the webmasters via this forum. There is no way they are going to InterNext.

So is being a mole a bad thing when it benefits you!? Oh, and I wouldn't bet on this being posted on CMI. CMI just says that there was a "delay."

No.. The comment I made about the "mole" wasn't meant in a negative way..

As for it not being posted in the CMI, after reading it again, I agree that I doubt that would be posted there...

For the information...

Because if we remove the ibill join link we're considered cancelled and the funds are held for 6 additional months on top of the already long wait we've had. We've got them way at the bottom of our join page, and very very few people select the ibill option when joining but I don't want to completely remove it because I still have a small small hope I'll get the money owed. As soon as I get the past due money, they're gone but I can't give up hope just yet. This is truely going to be the very worst christmas ever because we're so far behind from not getting paid for 2 months and it just keeps getting worse with them. I fucking hate ibill, but they got us by the balls here. Luckily I swithced over to epoch right after this mess started and they're taking care of things now, but ibill really put us in a bad situation and it'll take till the first of the year to get back on track.
I just hope they can keep paying their employees through all of this so their christmas's won't be fucked too!!!!!!!
