i've had one of my Top 4 all time worst weeks. nothing u can do - shit happens, wait until things get better which eventually they do. people recommend excercise, or find something that does usually pick up your spirits like a favorite meal, watch movies or sleep.
backup plan is a fistfull of pills.

this screams vacation time, its nice to step back sometimes, but if you cant do that go out and just dont be in your house, cabin fever is the worst thing you can do on a bad week.
