When I submit a site both manually and automatically, and I do it automatically first then don't feel like doing to manually, can I create another site to submit automatically then come back and submit both that shit and the previous one manually, or will all the information from the previous submit be lost?

You can reload the earlier gallery data from the history and go back to manual submitting.
File-->History, select your gallery, click Export |
