Seasonal Retention Disorder
Anyone notice a decline in trial to recurring retention, and retention of already recurring members?
I want to discuss peoples thought on this.. Although sales may be up are you experiencing less productivity with those members? Discuss!!!

I see more failed rebills than usually due to insufficient funds. Probably those ppl spend too much on presents, so they don't have enough money for rebills on the account.
