you say you sent him 'x' amout of clicks and he only registerd 'y' amout of clicks and he owes you all the clicks YOUR server registered as SENT?

am I missing something here?

Pretty sure those click stats are from the impure thoughts program, not his own private server stats. So he was only paid for part of the clicks he sent, in this case 17631.

If what you said was the case then I'm sure Turboface would have told him to shove it up his ass. He hasn't responded once to this guy. That speaks volumes.
