I did not "give" my kid a gun. Here's the deal on the gun thing.

If you took my two kids and two kids of anti gun parents, locked them all in a room with a loaded gun on the floor, Not only would my kids not touch it, they would beat the shit out of the other kids if they even looked like they were going to touch that gun.

Kids see all this shit on TV, a guy gets shot 5 times and keeps on going. Kids think guns will just "hurt" you a little. My kids realize the power of a gun and respect them. They KNOW they kill.

If I taught my kids how to shoot a bow and arrow, nobody would care. But don't they both do the exact same thing to a human body?

Seriously the movie depicted responsible shooting range tuition, much better than being self taught. The best bit for me was when the trigger was held down and the student nearly fell backwards, very brave on their behalf.
