    Black list for chargeback assholes?

I was wondering if there is a service out there where you can share your chargeback customers with and use it to block the credit card numbers of those who have done that to other sites?

If so - what is the site? If not - if I put one together - anybody would be interested in using it for a modest fee? Let me know!

No, it's pretty good actually. However, I hate giving money back to people who are obviousely scamming me just so they can go to you and scam you next.

your idea is very admiralbe baycouples - however each processor works in such a different way that communication on black lists between them, and other/your merchant would just not be viable without a lot of money/planning

I'm sure it is Just part of business but sharing someones personal information in a database sort of speak could lead to legal issues if they are wrongly acused.

the processors all maintain their own chargeback databases, explains alot of the declines

Actually, if such system was to be created it wouldn't SHARE the list. All it would do is have a simple XML interface where you can submit a credit card number through and a response "yes" or "no" will be submitted back. No legal issues. Simple interface for any merchant.
