Installing Strongbox for different people every day,
I deal with a lot of web hosts.
I just wanted to publically give kudos to Luke at Chilihost.com
and suggest that if you are looking for a host you might
check them out. Luke has definitely gone the extra
mile for a customer of his who needed a tweak done
to his config to work with Strongbox.
Unfortunately figuring out how to make that tweak
work with the new version of Ensim was rather
difficult. Luke worked on it for quite some time,
after the instructions I sent failed to work with this
version he kept at it past the point where most
hosts would have simply said "I'm sorry, we can't
help you".

With the cost of hosting so low now that small
differences in price don't matter all that much and
so many hosts being so similar in other ways,
going the extra mile to help a webmaster who needs
something special is one important way that one
host can stand out and Chilihost definitely stands
out in that regard.
