Depends what kinds of Cancer, but the bad ones... is a slow painful way to go. Heart Attack just happens when it happens.

neither is fun i guess but considering i am personally battling one of the 2 is not fun...the treatment is just as bad as the disease and is feels like quicksands...the more you fight it the deeper you get sucked in....

I thik cancer is more dangerous. If you are in good condition
   there is a small chance of heart attack
