I have the opposite reaction: If someone is willing to pay $500 for wetoy.com, a meaningless name, that means it has specific meaning for them, and I would hold out for more--perhaps $3k.

They're not buying to speculate, they're buying for a reason. Will $500 change your life? Probably not.

You'll like yourself more if you got $3k.
