These kinds mails are so frustrating.

I wanted to pay for watching Your site. Im from Poland and I have VISA card. I\'m sure that everything with the card is OK (my bank confirmed that the card is OK). But I cannot make a transaction with CCbil.Igot \" card declined by pre auth\" I was trying with another card and everything remain the same.Probably the problem is that the ccbill is a US company and doesn\'t have an agreement with Polish banks. Please inform me how can I pay those 24 bucks.
Best Regards
adam

Scrubbing and getting less chargebacks is good but i have the feeling ccbill scrubs so goddamn hard, its ridiculous.

CCbill several times rejected my perfectly fine mastercard as well.

I can confirm this, I cannot use my polish card to enter US porn sites. And other polish webmasters confirmed the same

Both CCbill and Epoch decline polish cards by default. You could have a card with the highest limit, but it would still be declined.

From US processors only Jettis and - very rarely - Ibill accepted polish cards. But Jettis merged somehow with Epoch I think and Ibill...everyone knows the story.

European processors accept polish cards with no problems though.

Funny thing this is what I have been told by CCbill when I inquired about their processing for my paysite.

"Yes you can still offer Dialer access in areas that the banks are blocked from signups. Although Poland is not a blocked country for us."

Something like this on your join page

Join By Snail Mail
Send $XX to
PO Box Address
including a user/pass plus email address

is a cheap solution for this problem.

Yes this happens all the time. If I don't get an email daily about it then I would be scared lol... I send them to epoch and they normaly get right in. Or send them to paypal or have them send me check or moneyorder or even cash I have 4 money orders sitting here at the moment lol BUTTTTT

ccbill has always been on top of things when I needed it so I guess it all works out in the end *shrugs*

Money can get stolen by the post in that case :-)
And wire transfer is probably also impossible since it would cost him $25 to send the $25 to you.
And noone in Poland will consciously use a dialer.

so Battus will lose a customer and that guy will continue to get his porn on TGP's....

For what it's worth and I'm guessing that's nothing for Badass but maybe something for the rest of you, Verotel accepts Polish Visa and MC credit cards as well as webmasters registering from Poland for processing.

What Badass said above about not being able to process Polish credit card transactions because they (the processor) don't have an agreement with Polish banks isn't correct. As a merchant with a merchant account to acquire credit card transactions (i.e., Visa and/or MC) it is not necessary that the merchant himself have a relationship with any particular bank that ISSUES Visa or MC credit cards. However, due to risks involved with processing transactions from certain countries the merchant himself or the acquiring bank can decide not to accept transactions from creidt cards ISSUED in particular countries.

You ASSumed my comment was based on educating Buttass but it was meant to clear up any potential misunderstandings for anyone reading the post...like newbies perhaps.

And you shouldn't go getting emotional about what I call Buttass because he and I have had an ongoing love hate relationship for some time now and that really shouldn't concern you.
