Ok, i partly take the hip hop thing back. I know its big and stuff and i agree theres a hip hop culture. It just annoys me the guys uses hip hop to justify his actions. It has so little to do with the topic. And then he also starts about beating people up who disrepect him, then i can only think, dude you listened to much to that gangsa stuff.

Rap is a spin off of the hip hop culture. Rap then became a great way to advertise so it became a business, that is where rap is now.

To be perfectly honest with you I can't knock anyone who gets a deal for talking bout fucking hoes, being iced out and killing people even if it is fake because they are making a killing themselves, or at least they should be.

Rap is nothing more than entertainment now, thats it. There are still plenty of artists who I would consider Hip Hop artists but you probably won't hear their songs on mainstream music stations.

I agree. Personally i find all those things insane. Nobody should have more rights than someone else, white, black, whoever. Its a cliche to say but how would people react if there was a white college fund, a white beauty peagant etc. Can you only imagine what a drama that would cause? What makes you think that you're more qualified than the black person that was hired over you? Odds you're assuming that and using affirmative action as an excuse.

If you two are both applying for the same job than apparently he/she (affirmative action doesn't only apply/help blacks, it also applies to WOMEN, even white) has the same type of qualifications as you.

P.S. ABC, CBS, NBC don't cater to minorities, they cater to the majority in this country. So you can think of that as White Entertainment Television.

I would like to make a comment about the 'Hip-Hop' is the most influencal music statement.

I partially agree, but that's the fad of this decade. Everyone wants to be a gangsta, wigga, yigga whatever, it's MTV yadda yadda that passes this along.

But if you think about it, each decade has had it's most influencial style of music, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's... I do believe it's time for this hip-hop fad to end please.. I would like to turn on the T.V and not see a bunch of kids thinking they are the next 50 Cent, screaming yo yo yo homie yo.
