    I love cPanel

My slow brain just figured out that the redirection feature works fine with ref-codes and crazy FHG names. End of long urls and mouseover effects. Just reduced the bandwidth need by 25 %

Any other tricky part with cPanel you're aware of?

You should check out Fantastico for cPanel, adds all the major scripts with auto-install so you can add new site features in minutes.

I discovered the handiness of the redirect feature when I had some links with characters a navigation box didn't like... and also to post a URL that a word filter didn't like.

If I want to delete a large directory I'll often do it through CPanel rather than FTP. File permissions are also quick and easy to do there.

I thought I had all mail being "catch-alled" through POP but a week ago I was clicking around in CPanel and went into webmail and logged into Horde and found hundreds of spams addressed to "guess" addresses such as hostmaster@, info@, etc

I don't have my shortcut to CPanel on this laptop (gotta fix or retrieve it from my "on-strike" desktop). I could think of other favorite things about it once I'm actually looking at it
              .
