Extremely constructive critique:

You have to put a BIG message on the screen while people are waiting for 5 minutes to download the app. The blank white screen makes it look like nothing is happening. Some huge IMLive logo, with a progress bar would be great. The average surfer, and myself included would just back away and chalk it up as shit technology.
