Why not open your own? They just secured rights to a SHITLOAD of videos, and will make these available to participating webmasters at no charge. I haven't got all the details, but it sounds like AB will be doing all the capturing and ecoding (they have to brand the content), so that would leave editing (maybe) and uploading.
