I have trouble sleeping as well and usually will take 3-4 bong hits before I lay down at night. I don't smoke it any other time during the day so I would say it has no adverse....

You could have something here.... I had the same problems when I used to smoke ganja - my mind just would not stop working.

I gave up weed over 3 1/2 years ago and now can't stand the slightest smell of it. Just someone else smoking in the same room will give me and instant headache.

If you can still get your work done all day which from the sounds of it you do cause hell you could work all night if you didnt take a nice rip off the ole bong I say smoke on!

and excessive smoking of grass can really mess your biological clock, and when you discountinue smoking shit, THEN you will have some serious sleeping problems ;].but it should back to normal in few weeks. (or even days.)

When I take melatonin I get to sleep for about 10 minutes before it wakes me up and I am then wired for 3 hours like I snorted a friggin line. I know it's not supposed to work that way but I tried it and that's what it does to me.

If you stop you'll have horrible insomnia for about a week and a half, but then you'll return to normal sleep patterns. It's up to you if you wanna smoke everyday, but you might give it a try without. You'll feel sharper and better. Treat it like ice cream, it's a treat not a staple.
