One-time Suspect Can Sue Customs Agents for Damaging Computer Files
A man who was wrongly investigated for online child pornography can sue federal agents who raided his home more than four years ago in upstate New York. Richard Hallock is seeking more than four (m) million dollars from agents who allegedly ruined several computer hard drives that held the work of 12 years.
