my account has been locked for being -.23 cents 
I haven't used it in awhile but when i go to use it, it says its locked. Ive had that account for over 3 years.
Anyway i was on the phone for 2 hours with resolutions about this. Apparently a automatic monthly transaction went through that brought me down to a -.23 cents. So i go ok i'll pay with a credit card over the phone, they say we cant accept a credit card payment. So i have to send in a check or money order of .23 cents
I asked can you temporarily open it up and ill get money put in it today, they said no
68 million users so i guess they can do what they want.
