What about the traffic that I'm sending currently? I've been getting quite a few joins. Should I take down my links?

Do you plan on emailing affiliates. Basically, how does this affect business?

Of course this was going to happen now they have a members list that will probably stick with them if they just change the name and site design I would say it was worth it to them but I wouldn't have personally done that...

For any concerned affiliates: nothing has changed nor will change in the near future regarding fearfactorfuck.com or the affiliate site. Your traffic is safe! Take advantage of this opportunity to make some money. You could even dub promotions as "Join this controversial site before the corporate TV lawyers shut it down!"

I suspect that after a month or so some graphics may have to be changed and the name, but I will always keep the "fearfactorfuck.com" domain forwarding your traffic to whatever new name is selected, so no worries!

I've gotten C&D letters from that firm before...and only for REVIEWING porn titles called "Rear Factor" and "Rear Factor 2"... had my lawyer fire back a nice little "F & U" letter to them, and said that if they kept it up, they'd be looking at harrassment charges.

Needless to say, we haven't seen anymore letters from Endemol's lawyers.
