I see a lot of Crystal Reports talk now. What the hell are they used for ? How can it be that fuckin great or that hard to use ?

It's a very large, intuitive and flexible enterprise reporting system. We had it back when we ran a call center that utilized Remedy for it's ticket tracking - didn't hear too many people complain about it.

It really depends how technical you are. As an engineer, it isn't very hard. I know a few companies that are really into analytics who have fulltime crystal guys on staff.
You can plug into SQL databases etc...I like ducks.Comment
