gfy killed my modem
its true
i was reading a thread and my dsl went down and i tried getting it back up tried everything you could think of finally broke down called my support and they had me run some things turns out the dsl some how went bad all the sudden funny thing is .. when they shipped this modem they sent me two modems in one box lol .. so they had a prepaid shipping box in route to me to send the extra modem bacK they sent me so they had me try the spare one they sent me and allw orked fine but im only at 512k instead of 1.5meg for some reason so that sucks  i hate computers
