Mail Template CCbill Question
I,m trying to add some information in the email that everyone that is buying a membership gets.
The file that should be modified is: signup0000.mail_subscriber (CCBILL) I have modified this file and uploaded and was giving it right permissions, but the changes is not showing up in the email? Anyone knows if i need to do something else? Or what i have done wrong. Thanks. |

There are a few possibilities... but first, log into your CCBill admin area and look under "Account Maintenance" then click on the "Clear Cache" link and clickthrough until it says cache cleared and see if that does the trick...
