Everyone will be assigned a number and paired up with someone to begin. They will then have 3 minutes to introduce themselves, exchange cards and/or flirt. Then, everyone with an odd-number will shift one place lockwise, meeting a new person for another 3 minutes. This will continue until everyone has met approx. 25-30 different people.

6:30pm - 8:00pm: Party and Mingle

Someone inetrest you whom you'd like to speak more with? Now's your chance. Drinks (open bar), finger foods and music will all readily be available for partygoers to relax, mingle and have some fun.

* Music will be provided by VideoPassCash's own DJ Airek and will fit the theme of the event.

I should have the suite number on Monday....to attend, just stop by our booth before the party (so anytime from show opening to show closing on the 4th)

You get 1 night in the city then 3 nights on the Pacific coast....so it is 4 nights 5 days total (as it says in the text - maybe i should have made it clearer)
