what you do the night before is more important than the next morning.

Slam at least 2 glasses of water before you go to bed. Also replaces your alarm clock, as when you finally lose your buzz you have to piss like a racehorse.

Other than that, water and greasy foods (hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, etc) and more water.

well its not about the next day i always drink 3-4 bottles of water before i go to bed, and always keep water next to my bed, i never get hangovers because i am always re hydrated.
