Who knew that traffic cameras could pan, tilt, and zoom? Who knew they were actually controlled by some homunculus cop in a booth somewhere? Once you learn this, you can't help but conclude that this sort of thing happens all the time. After all, if you were sitting at a terminal snapping pictures of license plates all day, wouldn't you be tempted to zoom in on a few boobs too? It's almost unreasonable to expect anything else. And before anyone starts getting indignant about voyeuristic cops masturbating to traffic-cam boob shots, think of this: Wouldn't you rather the cops take a picture of your breasts than your license plate? After all, it's not like the traffic camera has x-ray vision. It can't see through your clothes. It can't see anything more than what everyone sees anyway. So isn't it better to give the cop his little thrill than to get a ticket for blowing that red light?
