Balut isn't bad... eat it with some salt and its good.

Doesn't compare to some of the other filipino stuff

1. Chocolate Beef - its not chocolate its blood. Thats why it has that black color.

I eat those fermented "100 year" eggs that smell like horse piss for breakfast..

I saw people pukeing on fear factor and didnt understand why

They smell terrible but they taste awesome.. especially with a little soy sauce.

my girl is viet and she LOVES it... I have not been able to bring myself to eat it yet.. I am waiting for my buddies who get grossed out by it to come over and bet me large sums of money to eat it.. THEN I might try it..

They also eat duck-blood pizza... Its bacically crackers laid out, they slit the ducks throut and drain all the blood on the crackers and add a little spice... Try ordering that from dominos!
