Dating service affiliate program

I run a dating service and just about to launch an affiliate program. I was wondering if anyhahahaha can give me an advice on how to make it more attractive to webmasters. Here are some questions that I have:

1. I charge $14.95 - $20.00 per month recurring ( no long term sign ups ). How much % should I give up?

2. Do webmasters prefer to get paid % or one big chunk upfront? If "chunk" - then how much?

3. Does it matter to webmasters that I have good customer retention and even though they won't make a lot of $$ upfront - whatever they make will keep paying out for a long time?

4. What would it take to make webmasters who use AFF's program to switch to mine or at least try it in parallel?

Thank you so much for your feedback!

SirSmokeALot,

When offering the "one time chunk" - how much should it be?

Id do revshare...add more to your webmaster bottom line each month. We only promote CCBill programs for that reason.

I code my own payment system and affiliate program. That way I can do a better job on not losing customers for my affiliates. Is that a problem in terms of not using CCBill or iBill?

One more follow up question: How does a site that pays a lot for the initial site up and tries to catch that money back on recurring payments later on avoids scams. What I mean is: if you make $30 per month per customer and you pay $50 per sign up to your affiliate - wouldn't there be someone - who'll pay like 100 times, cancel all the re-bills and get the $20 difference?

If I was to hire someone to do stuff for me everytime I don't know something instead of educating myself - I'd be lucky to break even.
