I did Brite Smile teeth whitening, worked good, but not perfect.

I used the Crest White Strips I think.... the twice a day strips , and I noticed a huge difference

simply white wasn't as durable as night effects, it came off during the night and got all in her mouth
she has tried them ALL...that goes everything from the tray in her mouth to the toothpastes...and the night effects seems to be her favorite
and like I said, i noticed a dramatic difference just from the first nightComment

If you have insurance, go to the dentist and have them make a mold of your mouth and give you the real good stuff. You put this gel in the mold and wear it overnight and you get all the teeth covered evenly. I think alone it's like $400-500, but insurance pays for it if you have it.Originally posted by Vitasoy
