I grew up having only real trees and love the smell of them but they aren't as practical anymore. Fake trees, especially pre-lit ones are much easier and save money in the long run. And help conserve trees! =)Comment

Real christmas trees over here! I have never even entertained the thought of a fake tree, the real ones smell so good, and it's fun to go pick one out. They can last a long time, just have to water it, I have never had a problem getting rid of it after I am done or cleaning up after it...Comment

we're not getting a tree this year.
in the past we've had fake ones. i must say that if we were to get a tree again, i'd rather have a real one. they smell incredible, but i'd be afraid that my dog would think it was indoor plumbing. the reason i don't like fake trees is..although there is no real upkeep, you still have to take it down after xmas...which sucks. a real tree you can just throw out.Comment
