I got to meet Darrell (Dimebag) and party with him and his brother a handful of times. They were co-owners of a topless bar in Dallas and Dime was probably the nicest guy you'd ever meet.

To clear up any confusion, Dime and Mayhem (one of their closest friends and bodyguards) were killed. 2 fans from the crowd and then the shooter himself, was killed. 5 total. Everyone else from the band is fine. Cat, the drum tech was also shot 3 times, but is said to be doing ok.

www.theclubhousedallas.com - their gentlemen's club, which held a makeshift memorial last nite.
