i would assume lightspeed as a term related to adult is trademarked - and gary on sex.com linking to anything other then lightspeed on a specific search for lightspeed would be in infringement of trademark and in line for a WHOPPER of a lawsuit under those circumstances.

my thoughts on this - yes gary is on the board of the asacp, but gary is but one voice on that board and doesn't speak for the whole. I didn't verify this but if it's true that links for lightspeed on sex.com lead to the asacp I see this as a problem with sex.com and it's management- and i DO see it as a problem - but not with the asacp. It's not the asacp's fault the traffic was sent to them.

But he won't let me into ASACP. Why? Because of www.TeenKarma.com . I'm a partner in that site. Gary feels the model looks too young (even though she's 21 years old).
