There was a vid a few years back of a guy who stuck his head in a croc or gator's mouth, with similar results. The guy survived and recovered, but I think the teeth punctured his skull, and it took a lot of people beating on the animal to make it let go. It was a stunt they performed regularly at an exhibit, but the guy made the mistake of foretting to wipe the sweat off his face first, and when a drop hit the animal's mouth, it triggered an extremely rapid chomp reaction.

I saw an interview with that guy... he said alligator breath is something he'll never forget :1orglaugh

Crocs only close thier mouths if something touches their tounges.
This guy mus have had a piece of dirt or sweat drop off his hand, because he could have stayed there all day with his arm in the crocs mouth without him biting down. Careless mistake.
