Paid Hosts, banned by big TGP's

Are any of the bigger TGPs "banning" whole PAID hosts, or whole IP ranges etc...?

Like, you cannot submit a gallery if it's hosted at somehost.com?

The Planet / Server Matrix is banned at a lot of MGPs, as is Ev1Servers.
