I keep asking the same question. No bank will issue an account without the merchant being located in the same Visa region as the bank. What's the deal here merchsolutions?

No, Dingo does not provide real merchant accounts, he sais he provides them but what he really does is create a sub account under his merchant account and therefore he gets all the money from the bank, and its then up to him to wire the money to you personaly, which he obviously doesn't do.

They are scammers and they do all business illegaly. They open MA on fake companies, they dont require documents and money from you to setup, and once VISA and MC start monitor them, you will lose all your moneis. They dont register as IPSP.
