Infinity said that they are making Stern stay the entire full year of his contract. I think WS is worried they won't see the new signups from Stern Fans until much later than they hoped.

The amount of time between now and Howard actually going to them is to great. I think a good deal of people bought the stock thinking Christmas was going to boost their sales, but since the deal is 2006, it didn't happen.

If you read the news articles attached the reason for the drop is that two companies downgraded their ratings of Sirius, based on the fact that the stock climbed too high too quickly, although they still believe in the fundamentals of the company they feel that the current stock price which is nearly 3x what it was 2 months ago is a bit over inflated. So if you got in early, stay for the long haul, the drop is just a correction that was overdue because of the inflation.
