Story content question
I have a story site where surfers and writers can submit their own sex stories -- reality or fiction. If I put it in the disclaimer that I can do whatever I want with the stories would that make them mine?
In other words, if the disclaimer makes note of it can I use the stories on other sites or even resell the content or would I need written permission and physical signatures for that? |
