I think in his case it was that his heart just stopped momentarily. In order to be declared dead it has to stop for 15 seconds or something like that. Dave Mustaine has been legally dead before.

Funny stuff they said they were with Ozzy Ozbourne in Florida and there was a trail of ants to a popsicle stick on the ground and Ozzy got out a straw and started snorting the ants thinking it was a line of Coke.

I remember when they first came here...chicks were sneaking in the hotel to meet Vince...They were great in those days..now they look like all the rest of the hasbeens(Van Halen) who try to milk every cent they can because they blown their fortunes

Yeh, Eddie Van Halen is quite the worthless has been.

Last I heard he's been pretty sick over the years from hip cancer. Great guitarist. Some great songs.

Eddy is one of the best ...no doubt...but all he had was Van Halen..he never went outside his box...Always will be one of my favs but his ego probably was the main problem with all Van Halens problems
